Give 110% to every important thing you do.

The extra 10% is usually the clincher. After giving your full dedication and going the extra mile, you need to move on.

If things still don’t work out, deeply understand the reason so you learn from the experience and apply the learning going forward.

 Usually, things do not work out because the trust and rapport are not strong or you have not understood and solved the real problem.

Sometimes, it could be that you have not articulated the solution immaculately or been able to understand and surmount the objections. At other times, it does not work out because a third alternative has not been fully explored. The third alternative is neither yours or mine, but a better alternative!

However, once you have done all of the above then you can move forward in peace. Once you have done your best, leave the rest!

Zero Doubt Approach!

A small doubt is too big! When you do something as though it is a done deal magic starts to happen.

This does not mean that you should not do your due diligence before embarking on something.

Of course, you do! It does not mean you to be reckless. Of course not!

However, once you make up your mind to proceed, then execution is the name of the game.

Whilst executing you want a no doubt attitude. You want to approach your task or goal in hand with a zero doubt attitude.

When you approach a goal as if it is a done deal, suddenly there is a twinkle in your eye and an echo in your voice that reflects confidence, authenticity, courage!

Congruence

Congruence is a big piece of authenticity. The word refers to a harmony of actions. Your actions in all your endeavors must harmonize, much like the notes from a symphony of instruments harmonize to create a pleasing whole.

If you have congruence in your life, then what you say; how you think; and the way you act, all come together to make a complete, harmonious picture.

To achieve a high level of productivity requires authenticity. You don’t become successful by doing the right things – you become successful by being the right person. Who you are, leads to what you do, not the other way around. That’s what authenticity is all about. It comes from within the person. So, to achieve it we have to work on our inner being, not our outward actions.

Successful businessmen and women are disciplined in observing congruence and authenticity. Thus Congruence, Authenticity and Discipline are the cornerstones of highly productive entrepreneurs!

Power Within!

A small seed becomes a mighty oak tree one day. If you look at the seed, it is difficult to believe that the ultimate mix of roots, leaves, flowers, and fruits are contained within. Every form of life carries a blueprint of its own destiny within.

Man is also born a seed, brimming with potential. But, unless we become conscious of this magnificence within us, we cannot actualize it.

This requires taking a journey inward for the real magic to unfold. This is not to say that the interest in the outer has to be dropped, but our preoccupation with it needs to be. True, the seed draws light, water, and nutrition from the outside, but the transformation happens within its inner workings.

The mystic Osho summarizes as follows:
“Drop the idea of becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You cannot be improved. You have only to come to it, to know it, to realize it.”

Being Authentic!

When you come from a place of authenticity there is power around you!

A lot of people fear being authentic because maybe they won’t be liked or accepted. If someone is going to like you because you are living a lie, then sooner or later the truth will reveal itself and their liking for you will be short lived. Thus. you will attract people in your life who you really do not want to associate with.

If you want your success to be sustainable; if you want your success to have a strong foundation; if you want your success to have a purpose and meaning, then there is no other way but to be authentic.

As Steve Jobs aptly said:
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice……”

When you are authentic, there is a twinkle in your eye and something magnetic around your aura that reflects power!
