Uplifting You

If you are having a rough day you can uplift yourself pretty quickly. How?

Do three things right away:

1. Write down three things you are grateful for.

2. Write down at least one Wow goal for the day.

3. Get cracking on taking some action towards achieving your one Wow goal for the day.

Once you do the above your focus shifts from what you do not want to what you want.
