If you try to judge people based on your paradigm, you will err on your judgement because you really don’t know other people. It is hard enough to know yourself let alone know others. Also you will struggle to change people because you have already judged them.

Instead, if you make your sole purpose to be the SPARK that illuminates people’s lives, you will be far more successful in creating positive change.

Feel joy when others perform well and do not worry whether you get credit for creating the SPARK. The only goal you care about is making an impact; all else is irrelevant! This state is not easy to reach. But once you do reach that stage, you will be unstoppable!
