Finish your day strong

“It is not enough to be busy… The question is: what are we busy about?” ~ Henry David Thoreau

I recommend writing down three things before you go to bed that you want to complete the next day, which if you complete them would make your day a Wow!

I also recommend an early start to the morning with a 20:20:20 (hour of power) approach: 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes reading something uplifting!

After completing your hour of power focus on doing your three most important things and you will give your day a head start.

However, if for whatever reasons you have a poor start to the morning, don’t panic; just regroup midday with an important one-hour uninterrupted meeting with yourself and plan the rest of your day to ensure you complete the three things that you had planned to complete from the previous night.

This approach will make you finish your day strong. What counts at the end of the day is not just what you start, but what you finish!
