Reflection!

Sitting on a sofa sipping coffee and not doing work is a rare moment for most A type business personalities. However, taking some time out to reflect on your day and journal can be a powerful exercise.

Writing a journal of your feelings and learning can be revealing and actually take your game to the next level. There is a good chance that you have probably heard about journal writing many times and even actually tried journaling but have not been consistent in this exercise.

Writing creates clarity and enhances accuracy and moves you towards the reality of your life as opposed to living in the dream world of illusion.

Most people think they know what’s going on with their time, focus and feelings. However, most are way out. Try to record where your time goes even for a day and you will be surprised at the allocation. Record your focus or lack thereof and you will get a rude awakening of your lack of focus on your core priorities. And when it comes to feelings, you may be burying your deep feelings because you don’t want others to know who you really are but in the process, you are also unable to know yourself.

Reflect and enhance your awareness of reality!
