Shifts happen in life if you decide to make them happen.
Some make shifts on their birthdays or New Year or during a particular holy month or day.
The key is to make a commitment, begin and most importantly sustain the change.
To begin is difficult and to sustain even more so. Making a commitment is relatively simple, however, equally important.
