A Nudge!

If you have ever written your thoughts or journaled in the past, go back and review them. You will notice some interesting observations including:

– certain things keep recurring in your life because you have not dealt with them adequately

– you will get further clarity around why you have made certain decisions

– you will get a nudge to implement some things that you are still postponing!

The key is to journal as things happen otherwise you lose depth, clarity and specifics if you wait to write. It takes a little extra effort but worth it.
